NestAI has appointed Perttu Eerola as Chief Financial Officer. Eerola joins as NestAI enters an accelerated phase of growth: in Q1 revenue exceeded total revenue in 2025, the team grew from 60 to 150, with a growing customer base. Eerola will lead NestAI’s finance function as the company grows from 150 to several hundred people over the coming year.
Eerola brings deep experience building financial and governance functions in growth-stage technology companies. Most recently he served as CFO and Head of Administration at Alfame Systems, a Finnish software company, where he led finance, financial reporting, HR administration, and operational governance. Earlier in his career, he was instrumental in scaling Flander to over 1,000 people and 100M€ in revenue, and Unikie to 600 people and 60M€ in revenue.
“Perttu has spent his career building the financial and operational backbone that growth-stage technology companies need to scale. NestAI is growing fast and expanding across European defence markets. We need the infrastructure to match that ambition. Perttu is here to build it,” said Peter Sarlin, founder and chairman of NestAI.
“What NestAI is building is technologically serious and strategically important. The company has real customers across the Eastern Flank and a leadership team that knows how to execute. My role is to make sure the financial and operational infrastructure scales at the same pace as the ambition and that NestAI is built to last,” said Perttu Eerola.
